Welcome:

So what's this all about? Well really, its just about me recalling my days of riding motorbikes, and any other stuff about which I feel like writing.  Its probably more the melancholy reflections of a guy getting older than he'd like - a sort of ride back down memory lane to celebrate the good times motorcycles have provided me.

I am certainly enjoying the memories, and if you enjoy reading about them, all the better.  I'm sure they will resonate with anybody who has ever thrown a leg over a motorbike.

Having said that, it will no doubt end up getting a bunch of rants about things that annoy me in the modern world. Some of them will be a long way from what the mindless, unthinking,  refer to as Politically Correct - or to the more educated and more capable of critical thinking - NewSpeak - Those rants will no doubt make and appearance, but that is not the intention of this blog, they are just the reality of growing into a grumpy (if mindlessly happy) old man.
